FINAL SALE / SAMPLE / DEFECT items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
As a small sustainable business, our policy is to ensure we have no waste stock. Please be mindful when making your purchases and feel free to email us before hand if you have any queries.
How to return:
Please use the contact form below or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and item(s) you’d like to return.
Once we’ve accepted your return we will provide you with the return address. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition received.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless items are faulty. Please obtain a proof of postage receipt as we are not responsible if the item goes missing and we will be unable to refund. We always advise sending items back to us with a recorded or tracked service.
When packing your order back to us please ensure you have included a note inside or written on the outside of the packaging, your name and order number. This is essential for us to locate your order and refund you.
Once we receive your return we will issue your refund, minus the original shipping cost. Refunds back to the original payment method can take 5-10 business days, and longer through PayPal.
