We hope you love your purchase, but incase you're not happy with it, please return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Customers will be responsible for postage costs when returning products. Please obtain a proof of postage receipt as we are not responsible if the item goes missing and we will be unable to refund. We always advise sending items back to us with a tracked service.
Once we receive the return we will refund you (or exchange) depending on your request. Refunds cover the full price of the item (but not the original postage cost). Refunds back to the original payment method can take up to 10 business days, or up to 30 days through PayPal.

Just in case you don't love your new items you can return them for a refund or exchange within 14 days of it being delivered.
How to return:
Please email us at info@kharibu.com with your name, order number and item(s) you’d like to return.
Once we’ve accepted your return we will provide you with the return address. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition received.

When packing your order back to us please ensure you have added a note inside or written on the outside of the packaging, your name and order number. This is essential for us to locate your order and refund you.
